It is almost time for the new National Honor Society inductions. Herin Choi, a Dimond Senior and NHS President tells all future members what the requirements are to be accepted as a member. “They must get their applications in,” she said. “They are located on the bulletin board outside of the Mr. [Greg] Brown’s room. “They are due February 26 at 2:30,” said Choi. “Don’t be late even one minute!” In order to be inducted into National Honor Society, a student must have a minimum of a 3.5 grade point average for three consecutive semesters. Also required is activity in a club. “Like Key Club or Christian Club,” said Choi. An applicant must be active for one year in the club and remain active while in NHS.
