Esther Glasionov, one of Dimond’s outstanding seniors, graduated with her class last week. Glasionov has been on the varsity tennis team for all four years of high school and played softball for her sophomore and junior year. She has been a part of Key Club for four years, and has been a member of National Honor Society (NHS) and ATAC for two years. Though she speaks of her high school experience having some “ups and downs,” Glasionov said “what I will miss most about high school will be not seeing my friends every day.” When asked what her most memorable experience in high school was, Glasionov r said, “When my doubles partner Annie Ingaldson and I won our match at Regions. “It was an epic match,” she went on to say. “It was the most satisfying match of my life”. Glasionov will be attending Emerson College in Boston, where she will major in writing, literature and publishing. “I’m also deciding whether to get a double major or minor in marketing.” Looking forward, “college experiences, being in a big city and being able to do internships” are what Glasionov says she is looking forward to the most.
