Club sponsor and Dimond Social Studies teacher Lem Wheeles says Model UN, a state-wide simulation of the United Nations, will likely hold their first meeting next month. Model UN holds their competition, where students represent the nation states assigned to them and debate current issues, at the end of February every year.
