Singers and artists dream about getting one of their songs as number one seller at least once in their career. They work day in and day out to achieve this goal and sadly never come out on top.

Adele, on the other hand has produced multiple number one hits in her career so far and still has lots of time left.

Her latest release, Hello, has hooked the people nationwide, including high school students at Dimond High School in Anchorage, Alaska.

“I have heard it. It is really good and I always find myself listening to it at any time of the day. Whether it’s waking up in the morning on the way to school, or belting it out in the shower when no one is home hear me try to be like her,” says Dimond High Senior Lauren Gaither.

“The first time I heard it, I knew that I loved it. It is just one of those songs, ya know. I just love how it starts all like quiet and soft, then the next thing you know it gets intense super fast,”she added.

“Thank god I have not overplayed it yet. It has been the song of the year so far, but I am expecting big things out of her new album which is supposed to come out soon!”

Even student athletes here at Dimond enjoyn the song. “I think that this song is straight fire. I think that she [Adele] is one of the few artists around that sounds the same in the song and in real life, like without autotuning and such. It is definitely her best song yet in my eyes,” says Senior Dimond Hockey goalie, Chris Gardeline.

“It was an instant click, I liked it right away. I am not really a big fan of Adele, but I do think that this song is the song of the year. My favorite artist is Fetty Wap, and even though I am a loyal fan of his, his hit Trap Queen comes nowhere close to Hello by Adele. I am convinced that her new album will be even better when it comes out,” Gardeline went on to say.

Students relatively new to the song like it. “I have heard the new song. It sounds pretty much the same as her last few songs but it is still good,” says Dimond Senior Peter Egrass.

“I liked it the minute I heard it. Sometimes it plays on my Pandora when I am working, it makes work that much better. There is nothing better than some feels at work, when there is no one to talk to,” he continued.

Adele continues to impress people nationwide with her amazing talents. People are so excited for the release of her new album and are expecting it to be better than her latest release.
